Difficulty using systems fully
Start with one repeatable check and a clear next action.

Check that website enquiries reach your dealership. Keep evidence of what worked, give problems an owner, and verify the fix.
A success message is one step. Quantice helps your team record whether a test enquiry reached its intended destination—and what needs attention next.
Example evidence: reviewer found no matching CRM record for the test ID within the agreed checking window.
Review approved vehicle, trade-in and contact forms using identifiable test enquiries.
Keep the evidence, responsible contact and next action together. Less chasing across inboxes.
Record a passing retest before closing an issue. Keep a dated history your manager can review.
Adding software is only useful if it makes a job easier to finish. Canadian research points to challenges with using, integrating and supporting dealership technology.
Start with one repeatable check and a clear next action.
Confirm what reaches the intended destination, rather than assuming systems agree.
Keep instructions, evidence and the person responsible in one place.
Reported challenges in CADA’s 2025 CARTS research, conducted by Clarify Group. The study included nearly 550 dealership leaders and technology users. These figures describe technology challenges; they are not lead-loss rates or Quantice results. The practical steps above are our recommendations. Read the research summary
A focused workspace for your marketing manager, sales lead and website contact.
List the forms that matter, where each enquiry should arrive, and who can confirm it. Set a review interval and pause a path when needed.
Record form behaviour, delivery and response separately. A result without verification stays unverified, so a missing check cannot look like a pass.
Assign the dealer or vendor contact, set a due date and record the action needed. Repeated failures stay together instead of creating more noise.
Close an issue with a passing retest for the affected step. Review the history and download a summary for your next management meeting.
Start with a small set of approved website forms. A reviewer performs the checks and records the evidence in Quantice.

Review a few important enquiry paths before committing to a wider rollout. Agree the scope and receiving-system access first.
Review your website, existing tools and enquiry destinations.
Use synthetic details and confirm results with your designated reviewer.
Agree what needs fixing and whether regular reviews would be useful.

No. Keep the systems you already use. Quantice is a separate workspace for approved checks, evidence and issue resolution. The pilot begins by reviewing what your current vendors already provide.
The current pilot supports checks performed and recorded by a reviewer. Review intervals show when a check is due; they do not trigger automatic website submissions or messages. Automatic monitoring requires a separately validated setup.
Your authorized reviewer matches the unique test enquiry to a receiving-system record and records the evidence. A website success screen alone does not verify CRM delivery. Without receiving-system evidence, delivery stays unverified.
No live VinSolutions integration is connected. The pilot uses dealer-approved manual confirmation. Any later direct connection depends on approved access and validation with your provider.
Testing scope and frequency are agreed first. Use synthetic contact details, label test records and exclude them from sales reporting and ongoing follow-up. Do not use the pilot to submit credit applications or book customer appointments.
Quantice helps record the issue, identify a responsible contact and verify a repair. Website changes remain with your authorized provider unless separate repair work has been agreed.
Yes. The interactive tour contains fictional paths, checks and issues. Try recording a check and resolving an issue with a retest. Nothing is sent to a dealership; changes reset on reload.
