When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name and email. Business name, website, CRM and message are optional. Q-BYT uses the information to respond, assess a pilot or handle the privacy request you select. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Please do not include dealership customer records, account passwords, financial documents or other sensitive information in the message.

Where the request goes

Requests are stored on Q-BYT’s server and are available through its restricted operator workspace. They are separate from customer leads held in dealership workspaces. We keep request information while handling the discussion and for relevant business recordkeeping; access, correction and deletion requests can be made through the form.

This website and the product tour

This public website does not run the dealership tracking widget or third-party advertising analytics. The product tour contains fictional people and activity. Changes you make in the tour are held in that tab and are reset when the page reloads.

Network requests include technical information such as an IP address. The service uses a hashed rate-limit identifier to limit abuse. Dealer portal sign-in uses a session cookie; it is separate from this contact form.

Dealership websites

A dealership using the Quantice widget is responsible for its own customer relationship and privacy notices. The widget separates the appraisal contact request, optional analytics and optional history linkage. The dealership’s named privacy contact handles access and deletion questions about those customer records.

Questions, correction or deletion

Use the contact form and select “A privacy or data request.” Include the email associated with your previous request and a brief description of what you need. We may need to verify a request before changing or disclosing personal information.
